One reviewer on Amazon says:

This is far and above the best book for LPN students. I checked out many books from the library and then found this one. The book is broken down into systems with a great review of that system before the questions. The disc is set up with numerous ways to take tests and from former LPN students, it is similar to the actual NCLEX.

A review from Amazon:

The book is really concise. Less fluff is good when you’re short on time. Each chapter has 10 review questions with rationales so I found it really helpful to go through the book only twice to be comfortable. I recommend it as a refresher course and as a hardcore study tool because it covers many different topics for the CNA exam. I haven’t found any mistakes in rationales or typos like other books either.

Review on Amazon.com:

I am a senior nursing student working towards my BSN. This book helped me out a great deal. Sometimes textbooks go on and on about certain topics instead of giving you the basics (getting to the point). This book breaks pediatric nursing down to the science. It gives you the information without all the unnecessary mumbo-jumbo. This book is a great aid when reading your text or during lecture. I received a B (88%) out of my pediatric nursing course just from studing this book 90% of the time. Quiet as kept, a lot of nursing professors take their information and exam questions from reference books. Trust me, its well worth the purchase!!
